Glitter Strand Wig Return and Refund Policy:

We take pride in creating high-quality, fully customized products made just for you. All Beautiful Gorgeous glitter strand wigs are custom-made and tailored to each customer's specific colors and requirements.

Once the custom creation process is complete (see shipping policy for more details), we will send a video update of the finished product so you can see the final result prior to shipment. Each unit is created with care and quality checked before shipping so you can order with confidence.

Because each piece is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on our custom glitter strand wig units.

We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about your customization or order details, please contact us at support@beautifulgorgeoushair.com before your order is completed so we can assist you!

Damages and issues

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (incorrect item, major quality issue, etc) please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right!

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving a custom product that matches the confirmed specifications may be considered a violation of this agreement.

BYOW (Bring Your Own Wig) Glitter Strand Install & Refresh Service Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all BYOW (Bring Your Own Wig) Glitter Strand Install and Refresh Service orders are final sale. Custom services are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once work has begun.

Damaged Orders
If your wig is returned to you damaged as a result of our service, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Service Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your glitter strand installation or refresh service, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your wig. We may request photos or additional information to assess the concern.

Customer-Supplied Wigs
Beautiful Gorgeous is not responsible for issues related to the original condition, quality, age, construction, shedding, tangling, lace damage, or previous alterations of customer-supplied wigs.

By purchasing a BYOW service, customers acknowledge that they are sending a personal wig for customization and understand that all custom service sales are final except in cases of verified damage.

2-in-1 Claw Clip Drawstring Ponytail Return and Refund Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our Ponytails. If your hair arrives with any production or quality defects, we offer a return and refund, OR a return and exchange for a new ponytail.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and include all original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@beautifulgorgeoushair.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned ponytail, we will issue a replacement or process your refund based on your preference.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your ponytail arrives with any quality issues, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we receive and inspect the returned ponytail, we will issue your specified replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
